REACH is designed to engage and create a sense of value amongst our teams, to strive and be rewarded for their values-based behaviours and financial achievements. GLEW

Grow Learn and Enjoy Work Together provides a variety of exciting engagement initiatives across GPC Asia Pacific. GLEW puts out people at the centre of everything we do, by focusing on developing new or building on existing people initiatives that impact our team members directly. GLEW is represented by four key workstreams and is led by Senior Managers with the aim to make GPC Asia Pacific the ‘Best Place to Work:
